All Level CrossFit Juniors & Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for both athletes and non-athletes ranging from ages 2.5-17 years old.
Our Kids and Minis program uses gymnastics based play to develop coordination, balance and strength.
Increase capacity, both physically and mentally, to tackle any obstacle thrown their way inside or out of the gym.
Build strength, power, agility, mobility and flexibility.
For athletes we can take them to the next level by building explosiveness that will make them difference makers.
For non-athletes we can take them from a sedentary lifestyle to one where they establish healthy, life long habits and a love of fitness.
All of our classes are committed to helping youth achieve their goals in a fun, judgment free environment surrounded by their peers.
Our Teens (12-17 y/o) classes run twice a week (Tues and Thurs at 6:30pm) for 8-weeks starting Nov. 14th
Juniors (7-11 y/o) classes are offered once per week on Wednesdays at 5:30pm for 8-weeks starting Nov. 15th
Kids (4-6 y/o) classes are once per week on Saturdays at 9am for 8 weeks starting Nov. 25th.
